Raspberry almond cake: macaron base, with buttercream and fluffy sponge cake. The cake is filled with crème patissier, raspberries, homemade raspberry jam and whipped cream. The cake is topped off on the side with butter cream and toasted flaked almonds. On the top a border of rosettes and fresh raspberries in the middle.
