Michel Loriot practices the art of génodique – the marriage of music and biology. Simply put, he makes use of music – or musical tones- in the vineyard. It has been proven that certain tones can keep viruses and diseases away, and it shows. Annually on average 84% fewer plants die as a result of diseases, meaning a much healthier vineyard.
In the cellars, the last fermentation which creates champagne out of still wine is supported by the strong notes of Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi and Brahms. Then the champagne is further cellared and aged with the same notes.
100% Pinot Meunier
Nice, complex champagne with expressive flavours extracted from the Pinot Meunier grapes: in the nose a combination of warm tones of plum and honey mineral notes, with hints of violet. On the palate: compote and honey. The structure is harmonious, just like the musical compositions the champagne grew up listening to.
