Sacher cake: macaron bottom with a fluffy chocolate biscuit. On it chocolate whipped cream and a bit of homemade raspberry jam. The side and top are also covered in chocolate cream. The entire gâteau is doused wit a chocolate ganache en garnished with Physalis.
